When you contact us
If you email thepositiveoutliers@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond, consider story suggestions, and coordinate potential features. Please share only information needed for your inquiry, and avoid sending sensitive personal details about yourself or others.
Sending a suggestion does not give us permission to publish your private message, contact details, or attachments. If we want to use material you provide in a feature, we will discuss permission with you first.
Website visits and cookies
This website has no contact form, visitor accounts, newsletter signup, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts added by Positive Outliers. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request times, and pages requested to deliver and protect the site.
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may use security cookies, including __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare describes this cookie as necessary for its bot protection and says it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Service providers and external links
Our project email uses Gmail, so Google processes messages under its own policies. See Google’s privacy policy. Clicking our email button opens your email application; it does not submit information through this website.
Links to Instagram and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice covers Positive Outliers’ website and project correspondence.
How we handle your information
We do not sell your contact information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by the services we use to run the website and email, or disclosed when required by law. We retain correspondence as needed to handle inquiries and ongoing story work; we do not currently have a fixed retention period. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention practices.
Questions and deletion requests
Email thepositiveoutliers@gmail.com with privacy questions or to request correction or deletion of information you sent us. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain. We cannot delete information independently held by other services.

We will update this notice when our website features or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
